1. Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms.

2. Donations

Contributions are not tax-deductible. Paid for by the Gifty Clara Owusu Campaign.

3. Contribution Rules

Donors must be at least 18 years old and either Ghanaian citizens or lawful residents.

4. Refunds

Donations are non-refundable except in cases of error.

5. Liability

The campaign is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use means acceptance of the changes.
